Of course, we welcome every customers to visit us at any time. Our factory is located in Jiangsu province,Just one hours to take the high-speed train to Shanghai.

Can we customize our Logo?
Yes, we accept customers OEM their logo ,colors cable length... We can also do ODM project.

What are your terms of payment?
For the samples orders, payment should be 100% in advance.
For the volume orders, We can accept 30% in advance,and 70% before shipping; L/C at sight is ok.
We can also discuss other payment methods.

If we place the order with you, How long can we get the products?
Usually our production time for volume orders is around 10-15 days. If shipped by air, it will take about 7-10 days. If shipped by sea or by railway, it will take about 30-35 days.

How long is your warranty?
2 years, Based on the requirements of policies and regulations in different regions, we can also provide customers with personalized solutions to extend the warranty period.

Is your charger compatible with all car brands,or can it only charge certain brands?
Our charger are compatible with all care models on the market.

How long does it take to charge an electric car using an ev charger?
The time it takes to charge an electric car depends on two factors. The capacity of the electric cars battery and the power output of your domestic EV charger. Typical charge times are around 6-8 hours using a 3kw charger, 3-4 hours using a 7kw, 1 hour at 22kw and around 30 minutes using a 43-50kw EV charge point.

Do you have MOQ requirements?
Actually, for our standard products, we don’t have MOQ requirement. Samples testing can be provide. But if need customized, the MOQ should be 200pcs.

Are there any relevant certifications for customized products?
We will confirm with the customer about the certificates required for the product before customization and will complete all the agreed certifications before the product is delivered, which will be written in the contract agreed by both parties.

What does ODM mean?
It means that the factory make the designs, open the new molds, make samples and produces a new product according to the customer's requirements. It’s a type of contract or outsourced manufacturing.
